Everyone on the same Wi-Fi, one app. The DM opens the table, players join with its code on their phones, and checks the DM calls for pop up on the right player's screen.

Open a table and your players join it from their phones on the same Wi-Fi. Then call for checks: they pop up on the chosen player's screen, they roll, and you see whether they made the DC.
